Tropical Sorbet

Here is my favourite little snack to make when I feel like a taste of Summer.

Tropical Sorbet 

Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cup frozen mango (make sure it is yellow and ripe) 
1 slice of fresh, ripe pineapple 1-inch thick, skin removed
2-3 tablespoons organic coconut water 

 

Method:  

In a high-speed vortex blender, I use the Optimum, blend all the ingredients together on high. Use the tamper tool to push the mixture back down into the blades. Mix until well combined. 

Serve immediately with fresh pineapple and dried coconut flakes. 

Ratio is about 1:3 (one part pineapple to three parts mango)
